Requirements:
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
10+ years' experience in project and design engineering for transmission and distribution
Advanced knowledge of power engineering principals
Expert knowledge of applicable codes, standards and design tools
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
Able to oversee and direct design personnel on a project team
Job Duties:
Manage the design of new, upgraded and expanded substations from conception through final design details
Manage material procurement
Manage development and delivery of physical, electrical, civil, and communication design studies, including calculations, drawings, exhibits and specifications.
Coordinate the completion of specialized tasks with other SMEs.
