Establishing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal ownership through analyzing and interpreting pay lists, conveyances and probate documents.
Responding to operator or business partner requests for special handling of title ownership in a manner that continues to build relationships.
Proactively pursuing operators and interest owners for settlement of payments being held in suspense.
Make sounds decisions on problems and issues with supervisory guidance and check points at periodic intervals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of royalties.
Legally authorized to work in the United States. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business degree.
Strong analytical skills and ability to seek and understand the root cause of issues.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish the facts and draw valid conclusions.
Highly detail oriented and ability to thrive in self-directed position.
