We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer Final Assembly to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of manufacturing systems that bring our aircraft to life. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring manufacturing excellence, certification readiness, and product quality in final assembly operations. What You Will Do
Lead design for manufacturability (DFM) and process development for final assembly systems and tooling.
Drive communication and coordination across design, production, and certification teams to achieve airworthiness compliance.
Conduct manufacturing engineering analyses to improve process efficiency, quality, and safety.
Support Airworthiness Certification efforts through technical documentation and process validation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are optimized for production scalability and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the manufacturing organization.
What You Will Bring Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Aerospace, Manufacturing, Design, Airworthiness, or related field).
Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
Proven experience in final assembly line development, process optimization, and compliance documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and SAP.
Experience in aircraft manufacturing or eVTOL production environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
FAA Part 23 airworthiness certification experience.
