The candidate will receive and kit electrical components and mechanical assemblies. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Operations Manager and in collaboration with Procurement and other internal departments.
Pay rate: $20-$21
Responsibilities:
Oversee stockroom operations including inventory control, materials movement, receiving, cycle counting and physical inventories.
Maintenance of very high standards of inventory accuracy.
Maintains master file of stock items by assigning numbers to new stock items, updating inventory counts and recording reorder point information.
Manage inventory replenishment reporting.
Support production of electromechanical components.
Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment as needed.
Optimize layout of stockroom for efficiency.
Ensure policies for ESD, moisture sensitivity, and other storage requirements are followed.
Collect and forward packing slips and shipping documentation.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent and at least 3+ year’s recent quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working within Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001) and have in-depth knowledge of IPC-610-A and IPC J-STD-001 standards.
A current IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus.
Technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task and support company-wide activities.
