Develop High Level Concepts and Layout to support initial bids and talks with potential customers.Â
Design and Release Special Missions Engineering structural and systems installations to support Defense Programs.Â
Author and Approve Technical Memos to customers.Â
Support Face to Face meetings with customers.Â
Identify risks and certification issues with potential new programs.Â
Prepare engineering manpower and schedule estimates to support new bids.Â
Write, Review, and comment on potential statements of work.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited University. Â
You must have a minimum of 10 years industry experienceÂ
You must be able to work on ITAR restricted content Â
Experience in Special Missions or Aftermarket modifications is required.Â
Experience supporting manufacturing and aircraft modifications is required.Â
You must have a minimum of 6,000 hours on CATIA V5.Â
Proficient in CATIA V5 Workbenches: Assembly Design, Part Design (Boolean Operations), Aerospace Sheetmetal, Tubing Design, Kinematics and Electrical Harness Routing are a plus.Â
Experience in ENOVIA LCA is a plus.Â
Experience in Teamcenter PLM is a plus.Â
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
You must be a highly motivated, self-starter.Â
You must have proficiency with MS Office tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. All other computer systems and software are a plus.Â
