Requirements:
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
B.S. Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
10 years' experience in substation through construction
5+ years’ experience in Substation Project Management
PE or PS License, PMP preferred.
Note:Â This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
Job Duties:
Plan and develop engineering projects in a wide variety of engineering fields, focused on electrical substations
Directly manage groups of engineers, technicians, and other project support team members
Manage project budgets and schedules, fully accountable for impact of project performance
Maintain liaison within and outside the company to keep them technically current on a wide variety of engineering related topics
Plan, organize, and supervise project teams in the performance of engineering work
Demonstrate technical excellence through fulfilling recognized positions of authority and responsibility on technical committees, working groups and societies, or alternatively author and publish/present technical papers or seminars
Oversee the safety of engineers, technicians, and other project support team members in all projects
