Johnson Service Group is looking for a Supply Chain/NetSuite Specialist.
This position will support the supply chain team by conducting necessary actions in NetSuite. The primary focus will be NetSuite activities related to outside processing. The secondary focus will be data input, clean up, and extraction of data in NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
Manage outside processing for all plant
Conduct most NetSuite actions necessary to execute outside processing.
Monitor and track open outside processing jobs to ensure NetSuite actions occur.
Build process guides to document outside processing actions after contract.
Secondary Duty: NetSuite data & record management.
Input needed data from ROMACS and other sources into NetSuite.
Correct data in NetSuite.
Pull reports from NetSuite and add them to Excel files.
Qualifications:
Include computer and technology savviness, attention to detail, a positive “can do” attitude, and an ability to take direction and adapt to change. Prior experience in NetSuite is highly preferred but not necessary.
Additional Information:
The supply team will learn to properly and efficiently utilize NetSuite but that will take time. This position will temporarily relieve some of the burden on the supply team during the learning process.
