Johnson Service Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Client's construction operations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient project execution by providing administrative and operational support to project teams and stakeholders.
? Key Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist in managing project workflows from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Communication Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Documentation Management: Oversee document control processes, including archiving and imaging of project documents, and preparation of operations, maintenance, and warranty manuals.
Reporting: Generate timely and accurate project status reports, plan revisions, change notices, and other relevant documentation.
Log Maintenance: Maintain various project-related logs such as change orders, equipment, submittals, and RFIs.
Site Support: Provide support across multiple construction job sites within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
