Johnson Service Group, an award-winning staffing company is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Test Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a passion for electronics and hands-on testing. The successful candidate will assist in the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of power supply units, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
Pay Rate: $30.00 HRKey Responsibilities:
Perform functional and electrical testing of power supply units according to established procedures.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electronic assemblies using test equipment and schematics.
Execute soldering tasks, including rework and repair of surface mount and through-hole components.
Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and data logs.
Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and support product development and continuous improvement.
Ensure all work complies with company safety, ESD, and quality standards.
