Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for A Therapy Services Manager for a hospital in the Olympia, Washington State area. This is a permanent opportunity to make a huge impact on the hospital and the community you serve. Great TEAMS, and amazing Leadership!
This is a permanent opportunity starting at $110,000-$160,000- Depending on Experience. Will pay Relocation bonus for out of state or out of area candidates. Â
Responsibilities:
Oversees all therapy programs, PT, Speech, Nutrition, OT, and Cardiac Rehab
Oversees all fitness services
Operational leadership to support facilities goals and objectives
Staff leadership, and scheduling
Leads and Develops all Therapy and Fitness programs
Developing a business plan for the Therapy and Fitness Services
Building relationships and works closely with Community Programs and Events
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in PT or OT
2 years of supervisory experience
Inpatient and Outpatient Experience preferred
Business program development
