Johnson Service Group is seeking a Universal Banker for our client in Goleta, CA.
This is an On-Site Position / Entry Level Position
Days/Hrs.: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Salary: $21- $22.00 per hour.
Requirements:
High School Degree/GED required
Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and customer service.
Regular and predictable attendance required.
Work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues with resources available.
Ability to persuade the value and benefits of using the Bank's services and products
