Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently seeking a Worker's Compensation Specialist for an in-office position with a medical equipment provider in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Summary:
- Prior worker's compensation experience is required
- Correspond with insurance companies in an effort to get approval for equipment and services.
- Negotiate reimbursement rates.
- Must be familiar with medical terminology and worker's compensation billing.
- Prior experience working with claims as well as filing claims
- Must exhibit strong negotiation skills and a drive to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Highly stable! Opportunity for growth! Benefits offered, including a 401k plan.
- Must be comfortable with a commute to Mt. Pleasant (onsite, not remote)
