Johnson Service Group is recruiting for a Case Manager for a growing client of ours in Tampa, FL.

Our client, a personal injury law firm, is seeking a case manager to handle pre-suit matters including demand writing and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a case manager or paralegal handling personal injury litigation matters.
Knowledge of demand writing and pre-suit management is a must.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in legal case management
• Must have Personal Injury Case Management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in MS office and Adobe Acrobat
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Partner with legal team to ensure timely follow-up on all closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities
• Conduct initial intake interviews and assessments and coordinating with other members
• Greet clients regularly when they arrive for a hearing.
• Process lost wages, witness statements, coordinate medical visits
• Perform other related administrative tasks, as assigned
