JSG is interested in speaking with Client Service Reps with experience call center experience.

This is a direct hire position with our client in Manheim, PA. They are offering full benefits including immediate insurance coverage and PTO.

The Client Service Rep will conduct general business support, such as handling inquiries from external customers (and escalating to appropriate divisions) as well as connecting with internal departments, explaining products/services and billing procedures to customers, assisting customers in completing forms and gathering/recording any information needed for the proper transaction.

Check pricing and discounts, customer information, basic technical information, and location, shipping instructions, etc. Coordinate pricing of special items with estimates. Clarify order information or correct discrepancies as needed. Maintain all required records regarding prices, discounts, product information, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center background preferred)
  • Experience using ERP software and MS Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
