Johnson Service Group is currently seeking a CNC Machinist for a full time opportunity supporting production for a manufacturing facility in Ladson, SC.
Shift: 3rd (11:00pm - 7:30am, Sunday evening - Friday morning) | Will train on 1st shift!
SUMMARY:
- Operate various CNC Machines such as mills, lathes and drill presses to support the manufacturing process
- Monitor machine operations to ensure finished products and components meet quality and productivity measures
- Understand daily production requirements
- Report total measure of parts manufactured per shift
- Report problems to trainer
- Follow blueprints and work instructions
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior CNC machining experience
- Basic math skills
- Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Mechanical aptitude
