JSG is hiring a Customer Service Representative Specialist for our client in San Diego, CA!


Job Duties:
  • The Customer Service Rep, Specialist works to resolve customer issues. Partners with company’s customers to generate product and service orders, while providing expertise in resolving complex customer issues. Ensures compliance with company's guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Serves as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and understands customer requirements
  • Handles internal quality and on-time-delivery (OTD) issues by coordinating and obtaining information from Quality, Supply Chain or Operations functions
  • Ensures order books accuracy
  • Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against Key Performance Indicators
  • High School Diploma REQUIRED 
  • 4 - 6 years or relevant experience
