JSG is interested in speaking with Insurance Customer Service Representatives.

This is a contract position with an opportunity for conversion with our top client in Glen Mills, PA.

The Insurance Customer Service Representative will investigate denied third party claims and take actions to overturn denials for payment, and communicate global payor issues with the Payor Relations team.

The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;

  • 3-5 years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel
