Johnson Service Group, Inc. is searching for a Electrical Facilities Technician with a current CA C-10 License, for our global aerospace/defense client. This is an immediate fulltime/direct hire position with Union pay and benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- 3+ years of related experience with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems and building equipment.
- Connect wiring to facilities equipment and distribution panels and run wiring through conduit.
- Test of electrical circuits with ohmmeters, voltmeters, etc.
- Install control and distribution components, such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, etc.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on switch gears, transformers, distribution panels, etc.
- Use equipment manufacturers documentation and service specs.
- Utilize saws, benders, pullers, etc. to install conduit, power poles, outlet boxes and wiring.
- Inspect electrical equipment/systems.
- Interface with outside contractors.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently.
Education/License:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- California Contractor's License C-10 is required.
