JSG is currently seeking a direct hire, ERP Analyst for our client in Charleston, SC. The incumbent will contribute broad experience and a high-level expertise in business processes and system functionality. The ERP Analyst has the responsibility to bring together various data elements, generating reports, helping with development of dashboards, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Able to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service
- Coordinate with business, technology and support teams to ensure system solutions meet business requirements
- Research, evaluate, monitor and recommend emerging technology and leads investigation and adaptation of beneficial data technologies
- Manage changes under change control to ensure system remains in a state of validation/regulatory compliance in line with site and corporate documentation, as well as regulatory requirements
- Analyze business process issues and improvement opportunities to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations to the business and IT management as needed to optimize the use of ERP system and improve the end user experience.
- Investigate problems with ERP modules, diagnose and perform root causes, and resolve issues
- Perform Ad-Hoc Reporting and troubleshooting when dashboards, data models, and analytic solutions are not operational and follow through on resolution and root cause.
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 3+ years of BI development experience and/or ERP tools and design
- Experience with PowerBI
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics highly preferred
