Job Summary: Location : West Chester, PA
Johnson Service Group is looking to hire a mid-level Developer/Data Analyst. The Developer / Data Analyst works closely in support of our R&D / Technology team and Enterprise data teams while acting as a liaison between various stakeholders as part of our multi-year SAP S4 business transformation program. The role will be primarily focused around data acquisition, transformations, integration and validation while working with the application and ERP development teams ensuring smooth integration across various enterprise systems and our own internally developed applications. The role also covers documenting all activities for creating future run books and business process mapping while working with business stakeholders, development teams, vendor teams and PMO.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Skills
- Develop and maintain data solutions that support short and long-term information & analysis goals.
- Develop and maintain ETL procedures for optimal processing of data from a wide variety of data sources. Ensure data is verified and quality is checked
- Build analytic data sets to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Work with various stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Ensure data integrity through regular communications with IT developers, Analysts and SMEs
- Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary ('metadata').
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
- Support with development as needed on Microsoft .NET platform and related databases

- Comfort with tight timelines, changing and competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating in an offshore / onshore IT project execution and support environment.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work Independently
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any STEM related discipline; required.
- 3-7 years of related experience; required.
- Good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work in Full stack development around Microsoft technologies
- Experience with SAP data tools (BODS, STL, LTMC, or ABAP... etc.) preferred
- Ability to understand complex business flows
