We are seeking a Inventory Control Analyst (Supply Chain) for our client in Plainfield IL. This is a 6 month contract assignment that could be extended. Candidates must have SAP and strong Excel skills and it preferred to be from OTC or CPG experienced.
Role Description
- Serves as a support role to the current Customer Logistics Team
Responsibilities
- Manage order revisions/swaps due to Allocation Blocks, Changes, etc.
- Direct Import revisions
- Clearing EDI IDOC failures
- Tracking and communicating allocation shipments, changes and requests
- Support Casamigos order changes
- Centralizing reporting and order updates for the CLAs
- Other misc activities as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning or logistics roles within the beverage alcohol industry or a fast-paced CPG company
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in order management systems (SAP preferred)
- Solid capabilities in MS Office Applications – particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and interface with internal and external customers across various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations
- Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
