Johnson Service Group has an immediate need for a Help Desk Technician.
The ideal candidate will be expected to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate willingness to learn new technology. The role requires ability to multitask and be a team player.
Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to the following):
- Be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests
- Monitor all incoming tickets and calls to service desk
- Troubleshoot IT related issues remote or in person and escalated any unsolved issues
- Image laptops (Windows OS and MacOS) and customize with company applications
- Create runbooks
- Onboard and offboard users on multiple platforms
- Admin for the following systems
- O365
- Okta
- Zoom
- SharePoint
- CrashPlan, Druva InSync
- CrowdStrike
- Mimecast
- DocuSign
- Support with conference room AV
- Troubleshoot printers
- Basic troubleshooting on Wired/Wireless networks
- Troubleshoot both Windows and Mac systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support position
- Any certification such as CompTIA, ACMT, HDI, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS
- Experience in the following systems
- O365
- Okta
- Zoom
- SharePoint
- CrashPlan, Druva InSync
- CrowdStrike
- Mimecast
- DocuSign
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
