JSG Professional Services is currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 1-year contract in Calgary, AB.


  • Administer in-person compliance training in SuccessFactors by creating scheduled offerings, managing registrations, tracking attendance and processing completion records.
  • Manage in-person training logistics by arranging time with facilitators, scheduling dates, booking rooms, notifying participants as well as preparing attendance sheets and training materials, as required.
  • Maintain and track all compliance training records in the
  • Learning Management System (LMS), which includes following-up with personnel and leaders across the organization to ensure timely compliance training completion, and escalate, as required.
  • Provide support for the creation of engaging and effective online training by using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 applications
  • Provide support for managing online compliance training hosted by an external vendor (updating content, pilot testing, campaign roll-outs, issue management, etc.).
  • Provide first level support to all compliance training inquiries via ServiceNow internal IT tool.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems (Shared Drive, SharePoint, iRIMS).
  • Act as backup to other Analysts in the business unit.
  • Complete other tasks as required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment, and individually.
  • Advanced computer skills, including solid knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
  • Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and WebEx.
  • Demonstrated experience working with training applications such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and experience with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn, problem solve, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks.


  • Relevant post-secondary education is required (Adult Education, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
