Our client has been a leading national manufacturer and distributor of building supplies and materials since 1961. Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of operations and logistics management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will manage material and product flow, processes and procedures.
  • Building materials experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to train, lead and mentor the warehouse staff (up to t team ).
  • Lead day-to-day logistics/warehouse activities with staff and conduct safety meetings.
  • Provide staff performance appraisals.
  • OSHA forklift certified with the ability to train staff.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid PC skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
