Johnson Service Group, Inc., is actively seeking a Level II Helpdesk Support to work with our client in the Holly Springs, MS area.  This is slotted as a contract-to-hire opportunity working with a dynamic organization and our client is hiring immediately. 

Hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per/day)

Hours per week: 40 hours

Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for Level 2 Help Desk Support in a manufacturing environment, which includes, but is not limited to, end-user support, end-user machine imaging and deployment, multifunction printer support, label printer support, mobile computer (Android) support, and basic Active Directory account management.
  • Meet Ticket SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) by completing support tickets in a timely manner
  • Provides Level 2 Help Desk Support to local site employees and occasionally remote employees for the division
  • Participation in small-scale site projects in conjunction with EMOE Divisional IT Team
  • Imaging and Deployment of end-user machines via PXE Imaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field is preferred
  • CompTIA Certification A+ preferred
  • Experience in Remote Support Software such as DameWare, BOMGAR, or TeamViewer
  • Multifunction Printer Support
  • Zebra Label Printer Support
  • Zebra Mobile Computer/Scanner Support
  • Basic Active Directory account management (password resets, Organization Unit management, etc.)
  • Basic WAN/LAN experience
  • 1-2 Years of Level 1 or Level 2 Help Desk Support experience
  • Proficient in ticketing systems, such as Remedy, ServiceDeskNow and CA Service Desk Manager
  • Must have excellent communication skills, customer skills and inter-personal skills
