JSG is currently seeking a full time, salaried Pre Sales Team Lead for our growing software client in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This individual will be responsible for leading the lead development team. The incumbent will report to the Vice President of Marketing and is charged with developing, evolving, and executing a world-class, performance-driven, high-velocity team that drives revenue opportunities. To succeed in this position, this individual will be both an independent contributor and a team player.

Duties
  • Build and maintain a team of A-Players 
  • Design and implement an on boarding program that ensures new team members are call-ready and producing qualified opportunities within three weeks of their start date
  • Develop and facilitate a community of practice that provides team members training and other ongoing skill development to succeed in their roles
  • Participate in team member development by coaching calls made by the team to identify opportunities
  • Operationalize the team by implementing and administering best of breed technologies and best practices around email and call campaigns, engagement scoring and overall workflow efficiencies
  • Actively improve the quality of prospect database via data mining of various user groups and third-party sites
  • Align with Marketing to ensure consistent message in all lead generation activities
  • Consult with Marketing on campaign planning
  • Facilitate the setup of campaigns, per marketing plans, including lists, emails and cadences
  • Launch campaigns as planned and manage them to success
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, looking for ongoing trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Successful track record as a business development representative for a technology company
  • 2+ years' experience building and developing teams and a passion for mentoring team members in a software environment
  • Results-driven and motivated to hit personal, team, and company targets
  • Proven ability to implement account-based marketing (ABM) techniques
  • Analytical and data driven in order to make the best decisions possible
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft or comparable, and other digital marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree
