Johnson Service Group is looking for a QA Technician to meet our client needs in Jonestown, PA. 

As a  QA Technician you will be responsible for quality assurance activities associated with receiving inspection, labeling, storing, cycle counting and shipping of chemicals and hardware at the distribution centers.

Education Requirements 
Education High School Diploma or GED Experience Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9120 preferred 

Experience and Qualifications Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
  • Demonstrated skills in utilizing inventory management systems for data entry, audit, and research is required
  • Proven ability to respond to urgent requests from multiple sources and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work well and provide quality service to internal customers as needed
  • Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels of the organization is required Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of company customers and products as required 
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in depth research, if required Basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word is required; Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) preferred
