Johnson Service Group is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. This person will support the Recruitment team in all areas of the Full Cycle Recruitment process.


Supporting all recruitment functions - working within the applicant tracking system.

Answering inquiries and providing customer service to applicants.

Providing support to Recruiters in posting.

Sourcing candidates for assigned jobs.

Scheduling and setting up interviews.

Facilitating virtual interviews.

Proficiency in scheduling in Outlook and all functions of MS Office plus Applicant Tracking System experience is preferred.

Ability to multi-task, anticipate needs and complete tasks while providing exceptional customer service is key.


Ability to represent Client well when communicating with applicants and scheduling interviews.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a drive to be proactive and passion to support fellow teammates.

Excellent judgment in responding to recruitment related requests.

Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new databases quickly.

Must have exceptional customer service skills and be a team player willing to assist wherever there is a need.

Functionality and uses of HRIS and applicant tracking systems, recruiting, and sourcing methods, including social media-oriented skills, experience with job postings, interview scheduling and screening of applicants.

Adaptability when dealing with varying situations, with the ability to develop strong working / professional relationships with managers, staff throughout the Company, potential applicants and candidates.

Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters, exercising considerable judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.

Level I - Four (4) years providing administrative support involving the use of database(s) or

Level II - Three (3) years of experience completing human resource transactions involving databases and/or administering human resource programs pertinent to the assignment, such as benefits administration, recruitment, or training.
