Johnson Service Group, Inc., has an immediate need for a
Thermoforming Technician near Kissimmee, Fl. In this role you will safely process the thermo-forming machine, as well as all support equipment. This is a full time position working with a dynamic company and our client is hiring immediately.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adjust container weights and color according to manufacturing standards.
- Adjust as needed all secondary equipment to include machine automations, material blender
systems, conveyors and grinders
- Complete all required paperwork such as machine cycle, product weight and material records
- Continually check quality of containers
- Assist in training employees
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Prior machine processing experience with plastic machines
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Able to stand for twelve hour shifts in a high pace manufacturing environment
- Must follow all Safety policies and procedures to include Lock Out Tag Out of equipment
- Ability to use hand tools
