<strong><u>Primary Focus:</u></strong><br>
At the senior level of the construction project management family the focus of this position is to take on increasingly challenging assignments that support project requirements, be able to work independently, and able to coordinate the management team for execution alignment. The primary focus of the Project Scheduler is to develop, detail, expand and maintain project schedules for one or more projects managed by the department. The planning and schedule development will be done in conjunction with other stakeholders within the project teams.<br>

<strong><u>Specific Accountabilities:</u></strong><br>
Provides logistics/scheduling related technical support and manages project schedules to assigned internal client groups for planning, procurement, development, construction and maintenance activities by:

&#9;<li>Adhering to enterprise scheduling standards for development and implementation of schedules, ensures standards are current, e.g., Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
&#9;<li>Updating, revising, and detailing for schedules as projects progress through development and execution stages, e.g., updating the schedules based on earned-value data from the Field Construction Analysts and other sources of construction tracking and reporting information
&#9;<li>Assist with interpreting performance of scheduled activities and communicating issues to the Project Manager, e.g., analyzing the impacts that schedule updates will have on baseline plans, ensuring resource requirements for schedules are incorporated at planning stages and continuously developed through the project lifecycle,
&#9;<li>Developing and managing schedule performance indicators
&#9;<li>Providing technical advice related to scheduling/planning/logistics. Developing detailed &ldquo;what-if&rdquo; schedules as requested to communicate options to the project team, identifying critical path elements and associated logic driven options, etc.
&#9;<li>Representing the department by providing advice and coordination of internal projects and associated external activities, e.g., customers, partners, consultants, etc.
&#9;<li>Providing technical and business advice on the preparation and disposition of documents required for project completion, e.g., providing reports, schedules, updates and input as required regarding scheduling and planning for the projects

<br>The company is currently using <strong>Oracle E-Business Suite</strong> and is preparing for a future enterprise-wide ERP upgrade. The implementation has <strong>not yet started</strong>, making this an exciting opportunity to establish governance, implementation strategy, and cross-functional business processes.<br> 

<br>The ideal candidate does <strong>not</strong> need to be an Oracle functional expert but should understand how Oracle ERP modules support manufacturing operations and what is required for a successful implementation.<br>

Responsibilities

&#9;<li>Lead Oracle E-Business Suite ERP upgrade planning and implementation.
&#9;<li>Develop project plans, governance, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
&#9;<li>Partner with IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure successful ERP deployment.
&#9;<li>Standardize business processes across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, order management, and finance.
&#9;<li>Lead enterprise-wide SIOP implementation and continuous improvement.
&#9;<li>Facilitate monthly cross-functional planning meetings to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
&#9;<li>Utilize Oracle ASCP to support demand and supply planning.
&#9;<li>Support Engineering R&D by creating purchase orders, work orders, and Lines of Balance (LOBs) for prototype development.
&#9;<li>Drive change management, executive reporting, and organizational readiness throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

<br><strong>Required</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field.
&#9;<li>7-10 years of engineering, program management, and supply chain experience in manufacturing.
&#9;<li>Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
&#9;<li>Working knowledge of <strong>Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)</strong> and core ERP modules.
&#9;<li>Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, business process mapping, systems integration, and change management.
&#9;<li>Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
&#9;<li>Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Oracle EBS.

<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterâs degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
&#9;<li>7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in senior leadership or managerial roles.
&#9;<li>Hands-on experience managing modern software development environments and leading large-scale systems migrations.
&#9;<li><strong>Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity frameworks</strong> with a proven track record of securing enterprise infrastructure against evolving threats.
&#9;<li>Forward-thinking technical aptitude, including direct experience deploying, managing, or training others on AI-driven systems and workflows.
&#9;<li>Expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, Shopify), and cybersecurity frameworks.
&#9;<li>Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
&#9;<li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific (Cisco, Microsoft, Azure) certifications are highly desirable.
