Experience with CATIA V5/3DX highly desired. Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems desired. Candidate must be capable of interpreting detail, assembly, and installation type drawings and models.<br>

<strong>The Energy Analyst I </strong>develops knowledge of our client Engineering Department standards, practices, and infrastructure facility operations, as well as skills related to energy management, energy portfolio procurement, energy market trends, invoice auditing, forecasting, risk analysis, and reporting. They will be effective at research and analysis and presenting results to technical and non-technical audiences. They will collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, perform routine technical work, manage models and software, and analyze data related to energy use and communicate information to technical and non-technical audiences.
<br><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Develop knowledge of ERCOT energy market
&#9;<li>Monitor and audit electrical invoices
&#9;<li>Produce organized and informative analyses and documentation under the direction of Energy Manager or senior staff
&#9;<li>Will apply critical thought, attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support the mission of and strategic objectives of a large-scale water supply utility
&#9;<li>Complete annual regulatory reports for TCEQ, SECO, EIA, and others under the direction of Energy Manager
&#9;<li>Assist in modeling energy demand and energy market risk for operations and planning under direction of senior staff
&#9;<li>Utilize with PowerBI, SQL, Jupyter, and complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
&#9;<li>Research new topics adjacent to primary job functions and report applicability, impacts, strengths, weaknesses, etc. under direction of senior staff
&#9;<li>Use client software and tools and provide feedback for improvement of tools and processes
&#9;<li>Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows and escalate issues when found

Position Purpose:<br />
Provides technical expertise in testing aircraft systems, troubleshooting and repairing system discrepancies to ensure minimum schedule impact. Demonstrates technical expertise by implementing process changes to reduce cost and meet schedule without compromising safety or quality. May fill in for the Senior Avionics/Electrical Technician thus ensuring that the company goals of safety and quality are enforced at all times while adhering to daily work plans to maintain schedule requirements.<br />

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:<br />

Essential Functions:<br />
1. Demonstrates technical skills and expertise in avionics and aircraft systems operational testing and troubleshooting. . 2. Performs the installation and functionally testing of electrical/avionics components and systems on aircraft per Engineering specifications, drawings and maintenance manuals ensuring a defect free system. . 3. Ensures quality and efficiency of all installations: troubleshoots processes/concepts to provide timely, quality repairs of malfunctioning systems. . 4. Demonstrates the skills and knowledge required to effectively and efficiently repair or replace defective components and wiring to ensure installations meet conformity. Demonstrates effective repair techniques using acceptable practices including splicing, soldering and pinning of wiring. . 5. Performs and complies with engineering changes and modifications as required. . 6. Sets up and operates necessary test equipment. Conducts functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability. . 7. Ensures that all work performed on the aircraft is properly and completely documented and ready for inspection. . 8. Tests and maintains test equipment, electronic systems, and components. . 9. Complies with the company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program and all safety regulations. . 10. Adapt to sudden schedule changes.<br />

Additional Functions:<br />
1. In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. . Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: 1. Preferred proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of other aircraft systems or disciplines other than avionics, such as hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, environmental controls or structural installations and repairs. 2. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams. 3. Demonstrates excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written. 4. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in confined areas and lift up to 50 pounds. 5. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.<br />

&#9;<li>Strong background in composite airframe design and composite material systems.
&#9;<li>Responsible for designing components manufactured from composite and metallic materials. Develops mechanical fluid systems to route liquids and gasses. Integrates hardware into complex, tightly packaged mechanical assemblies.
&#9;<li>Prepares formal, controlled engineering documentation (i.e. drawings, specifications, parts lists and interface control documents). Proficient in Computer Aid Drafting (CAD) to design, develop and document models and drawings to manufacture aerospace hardware. Dassault Products Preferred (Catia, 3DX)
&#9;<li>Applies Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), perform tolerance studies and determines drawing requirements that provide affordable and practical designs.
&#9;<li>Prepares and presents design review material in support of technical interchange meetings with suppliers and external/internal customers.
&#9;<li>Ensures that assigned scope meets project objectives per schedule and cost targets.
&#9;<li>Knowledgeable in systems engineering principles and able to prepares designs in accordance with customer requirements and derived engineering requirements.
&#9;<li>Supports system testing, trouble shooting, and problem resolution.
&#9;<li>Supports flight testing, data reduction, analysis, and reporting.
&#9;<li>Knowledgeable in <strong>PLM Systems and Configuration Control.</strong>

Resource Planner is responsible for administering effective allocation of manufacturing resources for process planning creation and maintenance. Responsible for BOM consumption, Computer Aided Planning (CAP) routing creation and manufacturing items orders for manufacturing operations in Bell business systems. When a Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) model exists, not responsible for creation and maintenance of manufacturing instructions (2D drawings). Must have knowledge of shop production and processing operations. Work in accordance with management strategies and concepts as well as program and departmental processes and procedures using Bell Business Systems.<br>

Position Responsibility:<br>
&bull; Must be able to Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings, Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Responsible for accurate BOM management and consumption for manufacturing operations.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Create and Maintain proper work sequence documentation and CAP routings. Responsible for creating manufacturing items orders/requests including but not limited to NC Programs, Tools/Fixtures, and Gages.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Provide process planning support to manufacturing operations through production order maintenance, tool maintenance requests, and various other planning liaison functions.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Responsible for creating and maintaining applicable dimensional charts, manufacturing instructions (text based and 2D format), material operation diagrams and ply tables as required.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; When a Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) model exists, not responsible for creation and maintenance of manufacturing instructions (2D drawings).&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Working knowledge of Loft, Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Supports producibility assessments when requested.<br>
&bull; Maintains records and schedules of work assigned. Will meet established company cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market competitiveness.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Provides technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by management.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between internal and external customers.<br>
&bull; Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct, instruct, and check/validate Production Engineering work. &bull; Two (2) years college or two (2) years of experience in the aircraft industry or completed related Bell apprentice program.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Demonstrated experience in technical writing or experience utilizing technical writing in an aerospace/manufacturing environment.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Demonstrated computer proficiency in planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP software, tool design repositories, and CAD software.&nbsp;<br>
&bull; Preferred demonstrated experience in manufacturing of composite or metallic materials. Preferred experience in machined parts.&nbsp;<br>
