&#9;<li>Improve sales OTD through training, set-up reduction, and process improvements

&#9;<li>5+ years experience with most phases of prototype or small batch aerospace precision machining processes including:

Job Summary: Create designs of aircraft interior products ranging from but not limited to: bins, galleys, lavatories, or ceiling panels used in commercial and private aircrafts using a computer aided drafting system and support existing designs of products which are manufactured on site. While creating new designs, considerations of certification, composites/general material selection due to weight restrictions in aircraft, and ease of manufacturing is necessary. Product designs range from basic interiors products used in regional aircraft and commercial airlines, to first class and high end private jets products.<br>

Duties: Produce innovative, intelligent designs for production in a timely manner with respect to the project schedule, while optimizing ease of manufacturing, cost, weight, and function; Design to mandatory regulatory requirements, customer and company specifications; Produce accurate 3D models, preliminary layouts, production details and assembly drawings while meeting drawing release dates;Prepare drawings and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer; Produce ECNs (Engineering Change Notice) as required to support manufacturing, customers, quality, and certification; Release 3D models and drawings, maintaining data integrity; Act as a shop liaison during initial production of new product designs to prevent and/or solve any engineering issue that may arise; Identify problems and develop solutions; Collaborate with Supply Chain to examine supplier lead times, costs and availability for parts and tooling necessary to manufacture the product being designed.<br>

&#9;<li>Responsibilities include assists in ensuring accuracy and precision in fabricating, repairing, and improving a wide variety of water utility parts, appurtenances and equipment including pumps, valves, gates, pistons, shafts, bowls, impellers as well as varied motors, generators, compressors and other equipment associated with water movement, treatment and hydroelectric plant processes and facilities.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Supports the operational core of water and power reliability by utilizing all types of machine shop tools and equipment and apply general skills in machining accuracy to tool varied metals, alloys and other materials into parts, equipment components, machinery, and specialized tools.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Fabricating, maintaining, and repairing specialized utility equipment and very large parts, including impellers and pump shafts, through the operation of CNC and/or manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinding and sandblasting tools, punches, taps, and dies, hydraulic presses, specialized portable machine tools and related/similar machine shop equipment.
&#9;<li>Milling and lathe work on component parts and equipment such as pumps, valves, gates, pistons, shafts, bowls, impellers, motors, generators, compressors, and other water distribution, treatment and hydroelectric system parts and equipment for emergency and CM work.
&#9;<li>Ensuring accuracy of machined parts and tools through the use of traditional and advanced calculations, and precision measurement tools utilized in a large machine shop and production environment.
&#9;<li>Programming to set-up and operate manual machinery and CNC equipment to effectively use materials.
&#9;<li>Theories, practices, tools and materials of machining practices and techniques, tools and material of fabrication and welding practices and techniques, safe operating techniques and the occupational hazards of motorized or pneumatic equipment operation, and electrically energized machining and fabrication tools, equipment and components, safe operating techniques and the occupational hazards of motorized equipment operation, and safety practices and regulations for operating mechanical and electrical equipment specific to the craft being performed.
&#9;<li>Developing a high degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instruction and quality specifications, use and maintain electrical/mechanical tools and equipment normally and traditionally utilized in machining operations and maintenance, read and interpret blueprints, manufacturers' manuals, models, and diagrams to complete machining and fabrication, repair, or modification of repair of complex water utility parts and equipment of varied types and sizes to make fine, skillful and highly controlled muscular movements and manipulations to simultaneously and effectively operate complex equipment such as a milling table or other shop equipment vertically and horizontally, diagnose malfunctions of machine shop equipment and systems (visually and/or aurally) to reduce operator risk and downtime, and set-up and operate computerized numerical control (CNC) equipment, safe operating techniques and the occupational hazards of motorized or pneumatic equipment operation, and electrically energized machining and fabrication tools, equipment and components, apply and guide others in adhering to safety practices and regulations for operating mechanical and electric equipment specific to the craft being performed.

&#9;<li>Ability to use, operate, and troubleshoot system problems through HVAC computerized systems, including equipment and building comfort automation systems, read, interpret and develop sketches, diagrams, manufacturers' manuals, and specifications to complete installations and repair of complex HVAC systems, use and maintain electrical/mechanical tools and equipment normally and traditionally utilized in HVAC operation and maintenance, apply and guide others in adhering to safety practices and regulations for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment specific to craft being performed.
&#9;<li>High school diploma or GED in addition to a <strong>minimum 2 yearsâ experience</strong> as demonstrated by practical application of techniques and practices specific to HVAC.

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a motivated&nbsp;<strong>Automotive Business Development Manage</strong>r&nbsp;- <strong>Mandarin Speaking</strong>-&nbsp; <strong>In La Verne, CA</strong> to grow our client's Detroit/Great Lakes territory. In this role, you will secure thermal design-ins with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across EV battery, power electronics, ADAS/compute, lighting, and charging systems. Youâll manage customer relationships end-to-end from uncovering needs and submitting proposals to guiding projects through validation and into production.<br>
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical sales expertise, the ability to manage complex programs, and a hands-on approach to building long-term partnerships. Automotive sales experience in EV, ADAS, or power electronics is strongly preferred.<br> 
<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Prospect and qualify new business with OEMs, Tier-1s, and EV ecosystem partners.
&#9;<li>Conduct on-site customer meetings (plants, labs, HQs) to present solutions and define requirements.
&#9;<li>Manage RFIs/RFQs, proposals, and sample/evaluation plans.
&#9;<li>Drive design-ins from concept through launch, including DV/PV, validation, and PPAP.
&#9;<li>Coordinate with global manufacturing teams to manage builds, schedules, and escalations.
&#9;<li>Track POs, shipments, and issues; ensure timely resolutions.
&#9;<li>Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline, forecast, and account status updates.
&#9;<li>Provide first-line technical and commercial support, escalating as needed.
&#9;<li>Monitor competitor activity, customer roadmaps, and industry trends to adjust strategy.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>

 <strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years of automotive B2B sales or business development with OEMs and Tier-1s (EV/thermal, power electronics, or ADAS strongly preferred).
&#9;<li>Based in LA&nbsp;with ability to travel 25â40%.
&#9;<li>Strong knowledge of the automotive development cycle (RFQ/RFI, DV/PV, PPAP/APQP, SOP).
&#9;<li>Established relationships with OEM and Tier-1 engineering, program management, and sourcing teams.
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in engineering (ME/EE/IE) or Business with strong technical aptitude (or equivalent experience).<strong>&nbsp; </strong>
