&#9;<li>The PM will serve in a programmatic leadership role for a mission critical utility facility with extensive IT and OT system requirements.&nbsp; </li>
&#9;<li>This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams supporting customers both on-site and remotely. </li>
&#9;<li>Will oversee the entire program and will provide customer support from concept, through implementation and transition to go-live and for ongoing support, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. </li>
&#9;<li>Must have extensive experience in IT and OT on-premises systems and services, and a solid track record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting. &nbsp;</li>

<strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><br />

&#9;<li>Partner with customer Program Management, finance, and Customerâs contract and procurement management to ensure effective program support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity.</li>
&#9;<li>Direct the technical strategy and establish best IT/OT Service practices.</li>
&#9;<li>Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, keeping ahead of industry trends and integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain clear communication across all teams and departments, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals and priorities.</li>
&#9;<li>Display adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, proactively responding to changing business and management demands.</li>
&#9;<li>Respond to customer inquiries and related correspondence.&nbsp; Provide input to schedulers, procurement and contracts for look-ahead coordination, and manage staffing to ensure customer satisfaction and schedule compliance</li>
&#9;<li>The managed program will involve the implementation of 60+ systems so multi-tasking will be required.</li>
&#9;<li>The customer requires weekly reports and in-depth knowledge on any of the multitude of systems being implemented.</li>
&#9;<li>Will travel within Clientâs territory and must have reliable transportation.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have a valid driverâs license and a clean driving record.</li>
&#9;<li>Responsible for maintenance and fees of the transportation vehicle.</li>

<strong><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li><em>Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP),</em></li>
&#9;<li><em>Experience in working with OT and IT based technologies for a large electric utility.</em></li>
&#9;<li><em>Knowledge of programmatic processes such as ITIL, SPI, and EVM.</em></li>
&#9;<li><em>Experience in support of the Utility Industry</em></li>
&#9;<li>Working knowledge of how schedules work with ability to interpret and use Gantt chart-based data from such tools as P6 and MS Project.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to track multiple tasks over long periods of time ensuring customer change management and business rhythms are not disrupted.</li>
&#9;<li>Proficient in managing hybrid teams with Customer, TRC and contracted personnel.</li>
&#9;<li>Demonstrated success in delivering complex managed services on time and within budget.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to working alongside other program management to transform business requirements into high-quality service solutions.</li>

<strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><br />
<strong><em>Bachelorâs degree in computer science, engineering, or related field</em></strong>. Masterâs degree preferred.

&#9;<li>At least 5 years in a leadership role managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams.</li>
