The PM will serve in a programmatic leadership role for a mission critical utility facility with extensive IT and OT system requirements.
This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams supporting customers both on-site and remotely.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct the technical strategy and establish best IT/OT Service practices.

Maintain clear communication across all teams and departments, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals and priorities.

The managed program will involve the implementation of 60+ systems so multi-tasking will be required.
The customer requires weekly reports and in-depth knowledge on any of the multitude of systems being implemented.
Will travel within Clientâs territory and must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driverâs license and a clean driving record.
Responsible for maintenance and fees of the transportation vehicle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP),
Experience in working with OT and IT based technologies for a large electric utility.
Knowledge of programmatic processes such as ITIL, SPI, and EVM.
Experience in support of the Utility Industry
Working knowledge of how schedules work with ability to interpret and use Gantt chart-based data from such tools as P6 and MS Project.
Ability to track multiple tasks over long periods of time ensuring customer change management and business rhythms are not disrupted.
Proficient in managing hybrid teams with Customer, TRC and contracted personnel.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex managed services on time and within budget.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Position Summary
The Night Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all nighttime construction activities for a bus terminal project (3:30PM-12AM). This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. The Night Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader during off-hours, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project continuity.

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all night shift construction activities on-site
Manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedule
Enforce all safety policies and procedures; conduct nightly safety meetings and site inspections
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and regulations
Maintain site security and control access during night operations
Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays in real time
Coordinate with the Day Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure seamless transition between shifts
Review and track daily progress, productivity, and manpower reports
Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling
Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets required standards
Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and documentation
Monitor and minimize disruptions to surrounding areas, especially in an active transit environment

Required Skills

Minimum 5â10 years of construction supervision experience, preferably with large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
Experience working on public transit facilities, bus terminals, or similar projects preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work night shifts consistently and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with phased construction in occupied or operational facilities
Familiarity with local municipal and transit authority requirements
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Proficiency with MS Office skills
Strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $175k - $250k plus DOE

What Youâll Do:
As a Customer Service Lead, you will act as the go-to expert for our customer service processes, providing guidance and support to fellow representatives. Youâll interact directly with customers to resolve concerns, answer questions, and ensure their needs are exceeded with professionalism and empathy.
Please note the team works a 9/80 schedule, working 8 nine hour days, 1 eight hour day and every other Friday off

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret technical blueprints to determine tooling and fixture requirements.
Select and install the proper tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to ensure precise machining operations.
Perform complex machining tasks, including drilling, milling, tapping, and boring, ensuring conformance to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
Monitor machine performance during production runs, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and prevent defects.
Inspect finished parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) to ensure adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot CNC machine issues, including diagnosing problems related to tool wear, programming, or machine malfunctions, and performing basic machine maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency and quality.
Document work accurately, including machine settings, inspection results, and production reports.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and operating procedures.
Continuously improve machining processes by identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
Machine set-up.
Experience with advanced CNC milling operations, including 3D contouring, threading, and multi-axis machining.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of various machining materials (aluminum, steel, plastics, etc.) and their specific machining requirements.
